My Teacher is Amazing

This is why she is my favorite teacher of all time.

i reached out to a former teacher on facebook today. she has always been my fav of all time simply because she has a way of making me feel special even in my darkest of time. believe me i contemplated suicide multiple times during high school and she was one of the reasons why i never did do it. aside from the fact that i am a coward. she has a way of making each and every student special. one time it was a week before pmr, she made personalized bookmarks for each and every student in the class and i saw some of my friends' bookmarks and none had the same quote and she wrote the quote based on our personalities. it just showed that she cared deeply for all of her students to be able to write a quote that even each student at that time was surprised that it touched so close to home. other teachers would just find some random quote from somewhere and make hundred copies of the same thing and give them to students as goodluck charms, but not her, she took the time to get to know each of us and personalized the bookmark. im not saying teachers who dont personalize are bad teachers, us of all people would know that teaching is the hardest job in the world, and i think all you unicorns in here are amazing teachers in your own ways, its just that shes different. and she did it again. she made me feel special. today when out of the blue i felt like reaching out to her and she replied to me with the comment in the picture, once again she made me feel special. she didnt recognize me at first, but when i explained to her who i was, she was ecstatic, which made me feel special, i have not felt this way in a long time, call me weird, but its true. im smiling right now. to her it might just be a small gesture, im sure she does that to all of her former students but i dont care she is just amazing.
